A+ Counseling Center was founded in 2005, a counseling program under the KSA Youth Foundation umbrella, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. In 2018, we expanded our clinical services, in the State of Maryland, serving individuals, females or males, between the ages of 13 and 65. We’re open six days a week.
